Our Response to the Spread of COVID-19
Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you for your continued patronage of Hotel Claire Higasa.
We have implemented antiviral and antibacterial treatment using the photocatalyst-free “EcoChimera®” throughout our hotel. “EcoChimera®” is environmentally friendly, proven to be safe, and has obtained multiple patents. It operates 24 hours a day without the need for light and provides antibacterial, antiviral, and deodorizing effects for up to 5 years after application.
Additionally, we have disinfected all guest rooms using “CleanFix®,” which provides long-lasting antibacterial protection.
In order to ensure a safe stay for our guests, we have implemented the following preventive measures against the spread of COVID-19. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in these efforts.
● Employee Initiatives
●All employees are wearing masks when serving guests. Some employees may also wear face shields or protective glasses.
● We have implemented measures to prevent droplet transmission at the front desk and cashier areas.
● Employees have their temperatures checked and health conditions monitored daily. If they have a fever or feel unwell, they are instructed to stay at home. Additionally, they are encouraged to wear masks when arriving and leaving work, wash their hands frequently, gargle, and use hand sanitizer regularly.
● Regular ventilation is conducted.
● Public areas such as elevators, restrooms, and other high-touch surfaces are regularly disinfected with alcohol.
● We request the use of electronic payments whenever possible. When handling cash or credit cards, we use cash trays to minimize direct contact.
