Temporary Closure Notice Due to COVID-19 Prevention Measures

First and foremost, we extend our heartfelt sympathies to those affected by COVID-19.

Due to the rapid spread of COVID-19, the government’s declaration of a state of emergency on April 7th, and Hyogo Prefecture being designated as a targeted area, Hotel Claire Higasa has received a request from the governor to refrain from unnecessary outings, homecoming visits, travel, and gatherings. In order to prevent further spread of the virus and to ensure the safety of our guests and employees, we have decided to temporarily close during the following period.

We apologize for the sudden notice and any inconvenience caused, and we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

We look forward to the day when we can safely welcome you again with peace of mind.
